The Vertical Project, one of the top selling vertical jump programs of all time, has just announced a Limited Time Offer of $23.77. The price is changed on June 10th to $97. The regular price is $197, so RUN, don’t walk to get this one. It is still a steal for the 400-page manual and software. f you want to jump higher and increase your vertical, read my review of The Vertical Project below:
The Vertical Project guarantees a minimum vertical leap gain 8 inches in the first 8 weeks — or get a full refund and a $100 bill. No vertical jump program can match that guarantee.
Three weeks in on The Jump Manual and my legs are growing like a Chia Pet on steroids. Man, I never thought I’d see my legs bulk up like this. I am definitely starting to see some gains on my vertical jump.
I still can’t dunk but jumping higher is becoming more natural. I realized that with other programs before The Jump Manual, or with no program at all, I was doing my exercises wrong. It’s not about jumping a lot, it’s about training your muscles to explode when they jump. The Jump Manual shows me exactly what to do and when. In fact, I am training less than before. Before I was building endurance. Now I am building vertical explosion.
My teammates all want to start training with me. I don’t blame them. I am starting to swat their shots in practice and no one can stop my drive to the rack. I guess I’ll let them in the secrets from The Jump Manual secret…lol!
Okay, that didn’t take to long. Woke up this morning, went to The Jump Manual website…clickety-clack…done. I decided that if it worked for Jason, it would probably work for me. Want to to know what helped Jacob Hiller jump so high.
Man, I love that you can get the materials instantly. He’s got an ebook ready to download. Actually, it’s more like a mini application for your computer. It’s got a bunch of videos where he takes you through everything: nutrition, stretching, proper jumping form, and a workout routine. It has a lot more info. Gonna take some time to get through it all. He recommends reading it through then starting the jumping program. And, btw, he looks different in the videos. lol! Sorry, Jacob. You do.
Gotta get my head around this. Gonna start tomorrow. T-minus 1 day and counting.
Wassup, world?
Time to get serious again. That dude from Texas on my summer league basketball team is playing the 2 guard. I gotta boost my vertical or it’s time to ride the pine.
So I hit the internet, my old buddy and found 3 programs that sound like decent jump programs:
The prices are all over the board. Power Vertical is about 45 bucks, The Jump Manual is under 70, and Double Your Vertical Leap is just under 100. I like the sound of all of them and am pretty sure the are better than Air Alert. I talked to some friends and no one had heard of Double Your Vertical Jump. Probably because it is expensive. If I had the money, I’d probably try Double Your Vertical Leap but for now that’s out. So it really comes down to Jump Manual and Power Vertical.
Hey, Guys. It’s Josh here. Thanks for checking out my blog.
I am on a mission to Jump Higher!
I am tired of getting my shot blocked and getting benched. It’s time to do something about it. Like a lot of you guys, I thought hitting the gym was the best way to increase my vertical. You know, popping up plates with the football dudes. It definitely works to build up my legs, but I’m not seeing the results when I drive to the hoop. I got a few inches of vertical but nothing that has me rocking the rim. I think the problem is I’m not really sure what jump exercises are right or how many reps to do. I did some research on plyometrics but don’t really understand it.
I gotta figure out something soon. We’ve only got 5 more games until the playoffs and I want to be on the court.
I’m gonna blog all my thoughts so you can see how I boost my vert. Follow along and comment.
