Internet Jump Programs
Wassup, world?
Time to get serious again. That dude from Texas on my summer league basketball team is playing the 2 guard. I gotta boost my vertical or it’s time to ride the pine.
So I hit the internet, my old buddy and found 3 programs that sound like decent jump programs:
The prices are all over the board. Power Vertical is about 45 bucks, The Jump Manual is under 70, and Double Your Vertical Leap is just under 100. I like the sound of all of them and am pretty sure the are better than Air Alert. I talked to some friends and no one had heard of Double Your Vertical Jump. Probably because it is expensive. If I had the money, I’d probably try Double Your Vertical Leap but for now that’s out. So it really comes down to Jump Manual and Power Vertical.
Both of these guys promise some big results and offer money back if you don’t get results. Power Vertical looks impressive. He promises a major increase in vertical. Some of the photos, though are a little goofy. I wish I knew someone that had tried this. I really like the sound of this guy Jacob Hiller who runs Jump Manual. He seems to break things down pretty well and his testimonials are awesome. Looking at the dude you would never know he had a 40 inch vert. And he promises huge air in 12 weeks. My buddy Jason, the thunder dunker from summer league, was saying he learned to jump higher using the Jump Manual. Interesting…probably comes down to these two.
I gotta sleep on it but somethings gonna happen soon.
See you at the rim! (still possible?)
