Ii did find some drawbacks while performing my jump manual review. Look, don’t take any review of the Jump Manual seriously if you don’t see any negatives. There were some drawbacks to the program. Because it is an application and not a PDF, printing was difficult. I wish there could have been some better workout charts and “tear away” sheets to chart my progress.
