| If you haven't been here
before or aren't one
of my subscribers, my name is Josh Adams. I've spent
the
first half of this
year on a mission to increase my vertical by 10 inches. I've got an
amazing story to tell and want you to learn from my experience so you'll know how to increase your vertical.
Maybe
you've already tried a vertical jump program
and failed? Or maybe you are just researching how to increase your vertical? Pay close attention to the
information below as I'm going to tell you
exactly why I was unable to increase my vertical from regular weight training, jump shoes,
or super-budget jump programs...and
how I "Super Sized" my
vertical by an astonishing 6
Inches in 21
Days with a
unique vertical jump program called the 'The Jump Manual'.
First
of all, you need to know
that I'm just a regular high school kid
who loves to play hoops. When
I was younger, all that mattered was
that you could
shoot the basketball and dribble. It
was never a problem that
I didn't have a good vertical leap. Nobody had a good vertical leap. But now that I am getting older, and
the players around me are getting taller, I feel that I don't learn to increase vertical, it will be a real problem.
Last
year I found myself getting benched in games if we were
playing against bigger teams. I was
still the best shooter on the team but I was getting my shot blocked
and struggling for rebounds against taller guys. It's really
frustrating knowing that other guys (and teammates!) have a better vertical leap
than you. And it's embarrassing to get benched or watch other players
improve vertical leap so easily.
Anyway, you don't
need to hear all my
problems - because you probably have the same ones,
right? However, I do
hope that you'll spend the next 30 seconds reading this through
because it'll almost certainly save you
a lot of time and frustration. And, it'll show you how to increase your vertical and jump higher than you ever imagined.
Very
Quickly, Here Are The Vertical Leap Programs That Didn't
Increase My Vertical...
At
first, I tried to "go it alone"
thinking I didn't need anyone's help. I hit the gym at school and did
what I thought looked right: some leg presses, the squat machine, and
even that exercise where you do curls with your legs. And it worked in
making my legs stronger but I didn't
get any increase in my vertical leap!
I also felt lost going to the
gym. I really had no idea what exercises were right or what weight and
reps to use to increase my vertical.
The
second thing I tried was Jump
Soles
and even though a few of
my track friends
had success with them, they didn't really increase my vertical. Although I also
gained a few inches of vertical leap to begin with, after a few weeks, I hit
the
wall. One of the major reasons is that I hated using these ridiculous
shoes. They worked okay but I felt totally self-conscious wearing them.
Have you ever seen someone trying to hop around in platform shoes?
Yeah, they look like idiots. Plus, the shoes were almost $100. Live and
learn I guess...
Then
I Moved On To Air Alert...
Air Alert is little
bit like buying one
of those "pirated" DVDs you see guys selling on the street. It seems
like a good idea and the price is really good, but when you take
home the movie and watch it, you're left wondering why you didn't just
pay for the real thing. Hey there's nothing really wrong with Air
Alert, it just doesn't compare to improve vertical like the other programs. You get a 30+
minute DVD, a 40+ page manual, and a few workout charts. But I
felt like I got what I paid for...and wished I could start over.
While I was using Air Alert, a
friend of mine from basketball camp told me about a new vertical jump program
called The
Jump Manual that had helped to improve vertical in a
remarkably short
space of time.
Personally, I had never
heard of it before and due to my recent experiences, I was initially a
little skeptical. So I started researching the top vertical jump programs to improve vertical. You can read my vertical jump reviews by clicking here.
And
Here's How I Was Able To Increase My Vertical By 6 Inches in 21 Days...
After reading some
complimentary reviews and also learning that the cost was reasonable
(not too cheap, not too expensive), I decided to give 'The Jump Manual'
a shot. Of
course it didn't hurt that my friend had used the program to improve vertical with great success.
So I got
the program...and
was initially a little underwhelmed. I thought I was in Air Alert land
again. But
then I took the time to read the materials and watch the videos. I
don't think I blinked for 30 minutes. Here was Jacob, the founder,
explaining to me all the things I had been doing wrong - no wonder I
never been able to increase my vertical. And then he told me what I needed to do
so I could quickly learn how to increase my vertical.
The whole
idea with this program is to do less
to gain more.
Yes, he told me I would gain more by doing less. Sure,
it sounds ridiculous but it does actually work. If you want to know how to increase your vertical, you have to concentrate on increase vertical exercises in training. The key to increase vertical is
high
intensity
workouts. No coasting along. When it's time to train, you train
hard...then you rest.
This isn't
a
fad program and you don't have to buy tons of equipment or do
ridiculous exercise either. In fact, you can do many of the exercises
without weights. But I prefer to go to the gym now because I don't have
to be embarrassed that I don't know what I'm doing. In fact, lots of
guys want to work in with me so they can increase vertical also.
It won't
surprise you that
the reason why I would recommend The Jump Manual to anyone is because
when I used it I was able to increase my vertical by 6 inches in just three weeks. And
although I haven't seen an increase vertical quite
as fast as some of the guys claim on the website, I'm
sure you'll agree that it's pretty amazing to increase my vertical this quickly.
Gaining 6
inches has given me new confidence to shoot over guys and sky for the
rebound...or even take it strong to the rim. And believe me, others
(like my coach) are noticing that I was able to increase my vertical leap.
The
most
important part though is that since I started the program, I really
don't feel I have peaked. I'm really looking forward to increase vertical more and finally dunking.
So
The Question Is, Should You Use Just Any Vertical Jump Program Or The
Jump
Manual To Learn How To Increase Your Vertical?
Well,
in most
cases, if you give your full effort, you'll probably by able to increase your vertical regardless of the program. But
there are
some products on the market that just don't deliver. Don't buy any product without first reading my top vertical jump program reviews.
And
I know what
worked to increase my vertical. The Jump Manual is easy to follow, helped correct what I
was doing wrong, and delivered results. They
tell you what to do, what to eat, and when - and you will know how to increase your
vertical! To be honest, I wouldn't be at all
surprised if you had the same increase vertical results as me.
In
fact, if I had known
about it a few
months back, I could have started to increase my vertical last
season without
wasting my time and
money. Just imagine, I could've been grabbing rim
and swatting shots this season!
Anyway,
that's
all for today and if you want to know how to increase your vertical leap fast then
visit The Jump Manual to start jumping higher today. You can visit
their website here
