| If you haven't been here
before or aren't one
of my subscribers, my name is Josh Adams. I've spent
the
first half of this
year on a mission to gain 10 inches of vertical leap. If you want to jump high...or just play better basketball, I've got an
amazing story to tell and want you to learn from my vertical jump program experience.
Maybe
you've already tried a jump program
and failed? Or maybe you are just researching how to jump higher? Pay close attention to the
information below as I'm going to tell you
exactly why I couldn't learn how to jump high
by using regular weight training, jump shoes,
or super-budget jump programs...and
how I "Super Sized" my
vertical by an astonishing 6
Inches in 21
Days with a
unique vertical jump program called the 'The Jump Manual'.
First
of all, you need to know
that I'm just a regular high school kid
who loves to play hoops. When
I was younger, all that mattered was
that you could
shoot the basketball and dribble. It
was never a problem that
I didn't know how to
jump high. Nobody knew how to jump high. But now that I am getting older, and
the players around me are getting taller, I feel that my vertical
leap is a real problem. If I want to get better at basketball, I have to learn how to jump higher.
Last
year I found myself getting benched in games if we were
playing against bigger teams. I was
still the best shooter on the team but I was getting my shot blocked
and struggling for rebounds against taller guys. It's really
frustrating knowing that other guys (and teammates!) can jump higher
than you. And it's embarrassing to get benched or watch other players
improve their vertical leap so easily.
Anyway, you don't
need to hear all my
problems - because you probably have the same ones,
right? However, I do
hope that you'll spend the next 30 seconds reading this through
because it'll almost certainly save you
a lot of time and frustration. And, it'll show you how you too can learn how to jump higher and get the vertical
leap you've always wanted.
Very
Quickly, Here Are The Vertical Jump Programs That Didn't
Help Me Jump Higher...
At
first, I tried to "go it alone"
thinking I didn't need anyone's help. I hit the gym at school and did
what I thought looked right: some leg presses, the squat machine, and
even that exercise where you do curls with your legs. And it worked in
making my legs stronger but I couldn't jump higher at all!
I also felt lost going to the
gym. I really had no idea what exercises were right or what weight and
reps to use to jump higher.
The
second thing I tried was Jump
Soles
and even though a few of
my track friends
had success with them, they aren't the best way to learn how to jump high. Although I also
gained a few inches to begin with, after a few weeks, I hit
the
wall. One of the major reasons is that I hated using these ridiculous
shoes. They worked okay but I felt totally self-conscious wearing them.
Have you ever seen someone trying to hop around in platform shoes?
Yeah, they look like idiots. Plus, the shoes were almost $100. Live and
learn I guess...
Then
I Moved On To Air Alert...
Air Alert is little
bit like buying one
of those "pirated" DVDs you see guys selling on the street. It seems
like a good idea and the price is really good, but when you take
home the movie and watch it, you're left wondering why you didn't just
pay for the real thing. Hey there's nothing really wrong with Air
Alert, it just doesn't compare to the other programs. You get a 30+
minute DVD, a 40+ page manual, and a few workout charts. But I
felt like I got what I paid for...and wished I could start over.
While I was using Air Alert, a
friend of mine from basketball camp told me about a new jump program
called The
Jump Manual that had helped him
learn how to jump higher in a
remarkably short
space of time.
Personally, I had never
heard of it before and due to my recent experiences, I was initially a
little skeptical. So I started researching the top jump programs. You can read my vertical jump program reviews by clicking here.
And
Here's How I Was Able To Jump Higher By 6 Inches in 21 Days...
After reading some
complimentary reviews and also learning that the cost was reasonable
(not too cheap, not too expensive), I decided to give 'The Jump Manual'
a shot. Of
course it didn't hurt that my friend had used the program and was able to jump higher with great success.
So I got
the program...and
was initially a little underwhelmed. I thought I was in Air Alert land
again. But
then I took the time to read the materials and watch the videos. I
don't think I blinked for 30 minutes. Here was Jacob, the founder,
explaining to me all the things I had been doing wrong - no wonder I
never was able to jump higher. And then he told me what I needed to do
so I could quickly gain inches on my vertical.
The whole
idea with this program is to do less
to gain more.
Yes, he told me I would gain more by doing less. Sure,
it sounds ridiculous but it does actually work. The key is
high
intensity
workouts. If you want teach your body how to jump higher, you have to jump higher in training. No coasting along. When it's time to train, you train
hard...then you rest.
This isn't
a
fad program and you don't have to buy tons of equipment or do
ridiculous exercise either. In fact, you can do many of the jumping exercises
without weights. But I prefer to go to the gym now because I don't have
to be embarrassed that I don't know what I'm doing. In fact, lots of
guys want to work in with me so they can learn how to jump higher also.
It won't
surprise you that
the reason why I would recommend The Jump Manual to anyone is because
when I used it I learned how to jump higher by 6 inches in just three weeks. And
although I haven't learned how to jump high quite
as fast as some of the guys claim on the website, I'm
sure you'll agree that it's pretty amazing how I was able to jump higher so quickly.
Gaining 6
inches of vertical leap has given me new confidence to shoot over guys and sky for the
rebound...or even take it strong to the rim. And believe me, others
(like my coach) are noticing that I can jump higher.
The
most
important part though is that since I started the program, I really
don't feel I have peaked. I'm really looking forward to learning how to jump higher and finally dunking.
So
The Question Is, Should You Use Just Any Vertical Jump Program Or The
Jump
Manual?
Well,
in most
cases, if you give your full effort, you'll probably gain learn how to jump high egardless of the program. But
there are
some products on the market that just don't deliver. Don't buy any product without first reading my top vertical jump program reviews.
And
I know what
worked for me. The Jump Manual is easy to follow, helped correct what I
was doing wrong, and delivered results. They
tell you what to do, what to eat, and when - it is a blueprint of how to jump higher! To be honest, I wouldn't be at all
surprised if you had the same results as me.
In
fact, if I had known
about it a few
months back, I could have learned how to jump high last
season without
wasting my time and
money. Just imagine, I could've been grabbing rim
and swatting shots this season!
Anyway,
that's
all for today and if you want to learn how to jump high then
visit The Jump Manual to start jumping higher today. You can visit
their website here
