- A set of testimonials that
included people like me
- A risk-free trial or money
my research I found four vertical programs that fit what I

Power Vertical >>> Very Good
Vertical is a solid vertical jump program. If followed to the letter, you will experience gains on your vertical leap. For the price, Power Vertical is difficult to beat. I also like that there are weight-alternative exercises, though I think the real gains will be achieved through weight training. Power Vertical is vertical leap training on a budget...but it still produces vertical leap gains. If you want to go straight to the site, click here, but I encourage you to read my full review below.

was doing wrong, and delivered real vertical leap gains. It is also designed for basketball training. The Jump Manual tells you exactly what to do, what to eat, and when - and you will increase your
